Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Free SEO, a product owned and operated by Interest Bud Solutions Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Free SEO crawls public web pages, audits them against SEO best practices and produces reports and suggested fixes. Some plans include automated remediation on connected systems (e.g. WordPress).

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not own or are not authorised to test.
• Use the service to violate any law, infringe IP rights, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell the service without a written agreement.

4. Plans, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor (Paddle), who acts as merchant of record and handles applicable VAT/GST/sales tax.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to URLs, configuration and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to operate the service.

7. Our IP

The Free SEO software, brand, scoring algorithms and reports format are owned by Interest Bud Solutions Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service per these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (Google, WordPress, Paddle, Firecrawl). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific search ranking outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect.
